Excellent, caring staff! They take amazing care of all patients and are very kind when communicating, especially in these odd Covid-19 circumstances we’re living in.

I've taken my pets there for various emergencies and the staff is polite and caring. The vets are knowledgable and easy to talk with about the best care for my pets. It's not easy given all the COVID restrictions but they do try their best to accommodate.

Thomas was experiencing symptoms of a UTI and according to the internet it is imperative to bring a male in ASAP as it can be life threatening. My family wanted me to wait a day but the vet told me she was glad I brought him in when I did because his UTI was pretty significant. The workers gave me a heads up that I would be waiting at least a few hours to see him so I went home and waited on a phone call. They took great care of my 9 week old puppy, Scarlett when she sprained her leg. They didn’t do X-rays but instead gave her pain meds, and after several hours determined that she had a sprain. This was conservative treatment which was required as she is so young. They communicated well with me and took good care of my baby.

The vets and staff were so wonderful with our bearded dragon. When we had to make some tough decisions, we never felt pressured to do one thing or the other and were in fact supported on our decision. I hope to not ever have to return there, but am grateful for the care my pet received.

I was thankful I had a place to bring my furry baby. I was very scared I was going to lose him. Unfortunately, they let us sit in our car for 3 hrs. 1-3a.m. I called to see what they found out, only to be told to just go home and they would call when I could pick him up. I was able to do finally pick him up at 8a.m. (wonder how long They would have left us out there.) They were very kind though. They need to have their workers know where they are located. When I asked for directions, the girl didn't know what businesses wer... read more
