My cat had an episode this past Thursday and I needed to bring him in to the Animal Emergency Hospital. My cat and I were both treated very well. They explained everything to me clearly, told me what my next steps should be, and helped me understand everything I needed to know. I was a complete mess while he was in overnight, but they told me I could call whenever I needed to to check in and see how he was doing. Very comprehensive and thorough service. Kind staff and great veterinarians. Our dog required hospitalization and they were very transparent about her medical care and all costs each step of the way. The staff make themselves available anytime to call and check in on your pet since covid regulations won’t permit owners to come inside. I have had to go here more than once and each time was a positive experience (or as positive as a visit to an animal emergency hospital can be). Highly recommend.
I have nothing but great things to say about this animal hospital. My dog was having issues with her back and legs and I was extremely worried abou her. The staff was nothing but nice and professional, especially when I called a million times looking for updates. They never got annoyed and were very nice. I love that the doctor took the time to explain everything to me in a way I can understand and was very understanding of my worries and questions. My dog is now doing so much better and back to her normal self.
