RecommendedTook great care of our dog and eventually was diagnosed with cancer. (Likely) Very caring. Many calls during the 12 hours they had him. Lots of info and kind helpful suggestions. Thorough details for his discharge and care instructions going forward. May have to wait longer during Covid but they triage in order of severity. Wonderful kind female doctor.

I cannot recommend AEH enough!!!! I am a family medicine doctor visiting from Florida, and my sweet pomeranian decided to eat a bunch of sand from Lake Michigan and ended up with a small bowel impaction. This place is great! We brought our Golden Quincy in for some issues and they helped us out. Very friendly doctors and staff. It's really nice to have that when you're worried about your furry family member. We were really worried about how much everything was going to cost but it wasn't as bad as we thought it was going to be especially during a holiday weekend. Thank you to the people who helped us at the Animal Emergency Hospital.
Brought my cat (Captain) in because he was having stroke-like mannerisms. The staff was very gentle, friendly and helpful. They gave me updates as much as possible. Captain is doing well and has a follow up appointment with his regular vet coming up. Thank you for your assistance and care during such a scary time.
My dog was spayed two weeks ago at our regular vets office and we were camping in Grand Haven when my dogs incision opened up. I was extremely nervous to use a new vet so far from home. I was very happy with the care my dog received and she was obviously well taken care of while she was there! Dr.Magolan was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had! We were extremely happy with & grateful for the service we received at AEH! From the Covid safety measures to the communication throughout the day on our dogs status. They were very professional and great at estimating costs before moving forward with anything. We even ended up being pleasantly surprised that our total was less than quoted - that’s the best!
