RecommendedMy Son drove my teacup Pomeranian and I from Muskegon to Animal Emergency Hosp in G.R.on Sat. June 27, due to a neighbor Dog(Lab Mix) somehow chewing the end of my Babies foot. I had to leave her overnight. They were very helpful keeping me informed. They said they were gonna have to amputate her leg and she would be able to come home on Sun as long as all went well. We can’t thank Animal Emergency Hospital enough for saving Macy’s life. We brought her there from our primary vet’s office for surgery to remove a large splenic tumor. As hard as it already was with all the “unknown”, I was not able to stay with Macy because of covid precautions... but they were great with keeping us updated on her tests, surgery, prognosis and costs. Highly recommend this place! The staff is so kind and gave us updates the entire time our dog was there. Would definitely take our dog here again if we had an emergency!

Even with having to leave my cat because of the long wait time, everyone I spoke with was very willing to help and keep me informed as to what was being done. They were very helpful and would recommend them for emergency situations.
Soo much communication back and forth it was very nice. Unfortunately, after we brought her home, our guinea pig did die that night, but it was honestly to be expected with the severity of her illness. They took amazing care of her and tried their best and that is all this piggie mama could ask for!
The care and compassion we were shown as our girl crossed the 🌈 bridge was incredible! The staff here is top notch! The service was outstanding and the fact that we weren’t given a bill speaks to the character of the folks providing that service. We’ve been very happy with their emergency care in the past and blown away by it in the worst of situations. Thank you!
