Our dog Louis had a lump removed two weeks ago. Last Sunday, he managed to escape his cone and completely destroy his stitches and drain. We were panicked and horrified. We rushed him in to Animal Emergency Hospital, where his wound was evaluated, flushed, and re-stitched by Dr. Wolffe. We are so grateful for this hospital. The treatment our boy (and his very worried parents) received from the moment we walked in the door through discharge was wonderful. The doctor and all the staff were caring and took time to explain every... read more

The staff are extremely caring, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. We took our dog, Kirby in on an Sunday - he ended up spending the night, and we were able to pick him up the following day, and now is he doing great! They were extremely helpful, communicative, and took detailed notes on everything they did and observed with Kirby during his stay. Would highly recommend if you ever find yourself in the unfortunate situation when you need to bring your beloved pet in for care.

Business response:

Thank you so much, Cerise! We appreciate your kindness and your willingness to share your experience. Hopefully you won't see us soon, but we are here if you ever need anything. Take care and pass our love on to Kirby!

Our 10 month old Aussiedoodle got into my pill bottles and ate a lethal amount of blow blood pressure medication. Based on the information from the ASPCA and the doctors there, we were told that she had a high probability of passing away without the right treatment. It’s not cheap to save a pet, but they gave us a very detailed treatment plan and confidence that if we followed it she had a good chance. They didn’t offer any unrealistic promises but gave us facts and options. Before leaving our puppy was lethargic, had less t... read more

A couple months ago my dog Grace had a surgical complication from her spay. Everyone there treated us like family as we rushed there in the middle of the night they made my baby girl feel safe and loved. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of Grace! I would definitely return if another emergency arises( God forbid)

Business response:

My experience her was excellent and would highly recommend if your pet is in need of medical attention. Me and Bentley (family dog) had to visit them this past Sunday when he blew out his ACL. We went at 11pm at night, the service and care were top notch! Kaitlyn explained everything well and treated Bentley so well. We visited our regular vet on Monday and the xrays and notes were already there from our Sunday visit with AEH. They have called us at least 3 times to follow up on his status which shows their dedication a... read more

I had to make the toughest decision of my life there, thankfully all the staff I encountered were all so sweet and kind to both myself and my beagle Benny. While it's so sad I had to send him over the rainbow bridge I'm glad he got to go in the care of such sweet people.

Business response:

Thank you, Zach. It is always so hard to say goodbye to our furry family members and we try to make things as smooth as possible. We will be thinking about you.

We recently rushed our dog Pete in after he ingested a toxic amount of mouse poison. They took him right back and within minutes had him throwing up everything in his stomach. We're so grateful to Dr. Wolfiss and the vet techs who were professional, knowledgable, and worked extremely fast to ensure that Pete was going to be ok. It's been a week and he's doing great, showing no signs of ever eating the poison (silly dog! 😱) Thank you AEH!

Business response:

Thank you for the kind words, Cary. We are so happy to hear that Pete is doing well! Your sweet review will be passed on to the whole team...it really lifts us up when someone is as grateful as you are. Take care and pass our love on to Pete!

My puppy got really sick, really fast. The friendly staff made it easier for me to leave her there. They answered my *many* phone calls and were always so kind and patient with me. Little Raleigh is doing great and I know it’s because of the amazing care she got at AEH!

Business response:

Hi Brandy, we appreciate your kind words and are so happy to hear that Raleigh is doing well. She is such a beautiful girl! Hopefully you won't need us any time soon, but if you do, we are always here. Take care and pass our love on to Raleigh!
