Get directionsThe staff were fantastic, caring, and informative. It appeared to be busy with several animals needing care at one time. During the hustle and bustle every pet owners question were answered. Not one time did I hear can you give me a second or I will be right with you. Instead they multi tasked and addressed every task at hand in a caring professional manner. I appreciate their efforts. This goes for everyone at the front desk, to our Vet, and all of the staff behind the scenes. You're so appreciated and your dedication is n... read more

Diesel scared momma today because I noticed a little growth in his mouth. I took him to AEH to get it checked out and Dr.Magolan was awesome. She took great care of my boy and eased all of my worries about him. Thankfully, the growth ended up being an overgrowth of his gummies and will just need some dental work done, and wasn’t a worst case scenario situation. He made lots of friends at AEH and got this cool bandana too. So thankful for everyone at AEH and will always bring my fur babies here❤️
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They took good care of my baby boy and kept me updated on his condition and came up with good treatment plan. We were in yesterday and hes already feeling better!

They took care of my cat, Creek, and they were awesome. Everyone was very attentive and caring. She’s typically timid but opened up to them as she was feeling better. I felt very comforted knowing that they were taking care of her.
Business response:
Thank you for your kind words, Jennifer! Please give extra love to Creek from us.
The staff at Animal Emergency Hospital are compassionate, empathetic and professional. We appreciate everything they did for us, and our beloved Diesel (cat). They are amazing people to work in this profession, seeing pet owners emotional and distraught, and helping people by recommending the right decisions for the health of their pets. Thank you for being there and supporting us as we had to say our goodbyes. They thoughtfully put her in this bed surrounded by her blankets so we could hold her and say our goodbyes. Th... read more

Thank you, Joyce, for your kind review!
They were great. Friendly and kind with my sick puppy. However, it was a bit frustrating paying just over $800 for a visit and having the problem left unsolved. I followed up at my primary vet and for just over $100 they found the root of the issue and the problem was solved.
Business response:
It can be frustrating to spend money on diagnostic tests and leave without a diagnosis. Usually this is good news in puppies vomiting and diarrhea though! The lack of a specific diagnosis usually means they have an intestinal infection and will recover with supportive care such as nausea medications, fluids and anti-diarrheal medications. The normal tests mean that all of the serious differential causes were ruled out! We are happy to hear the diet change and additional medication provided by your vet at the recheck appointm... read more
I took my sweet 11 year old Shih Tzu in late on a Sunday night with what we thought was kennel cough. After evaluating him, they found he was in congestive heart failure. Dr. Keizer was very thorough and clear in explaining the condition of my dog and extremely compassionate in giving me all of my options. I choose to treat him and left him in their care overnight. Leaving him there was one of the hardest things I think I’ve ever done, but I felt confident that he was in competent hands. During his stay, they warmly welcomed... read more

Our cat had jaw swelling. Animal Emergency Hospital saw us within 5 minutes of our arrival. The problem was diagnosed and treated in less than 90 minutes. Additionally, the staff was very friendly
