Get directionsI see a lot of great reviews but we had a terrible and very stressful experience. Communication was poor, diagnosis was incorrect, my dog went through a lot and came home with his whole leg shaved to bare skin, not just a spot for the IV. It also took an hour and a half just to get him discharged. I left so confused, I have to consult with my own vet to see if he can help me sort out what happened.
Just don't take your dog here. This is not the best place to take your pet when they are very sick. We learned that the hard way. Don't take the chance with this group of doctors and their staff. They just don't have what it takes to run a good operation here. These are doctors who can handle simple emergencies but nothing life threatening. They are far too inexperienced and in our opinion they even border incompetence on many levels. They are very money driven. They try to pretend they care and that they are compassionate... read more
Brought our dog in and was told she needed emergency surgery, and the cost would be $3200 with a $1700 deposit up front. We didn't have that much money and walked away thinking our dog would die. Took her to our vet first thing this morn and they're doing the same surgery $600. I understand charging premiums but this is price gouging! How many pets die because of these inflated prices?
What a joke these incompetent assholes are. Our cat of 9 years returned today to have a drain tube removed from her back. She was active and playing before my wife and daughter took her to see these so called vets. They left and on their way home, our beloved cat died in the cage. Vets??? Fucking total incompetence I think. Our cat was taken very well care of very active and playful but now she is gone forever. Thank you very much for killing my cat..... My wife just returned and they told her she died of a blood clot??? Ho... read more
I took my 11.5 year old boxer to the hospital on saturday September 12th 2015. She had a seizure at home and I took her there to get her medications evaluated. I was told she had to go back on her seizure medication and for me to leave her there for a couple of hours and they would give her a dose of her medication . I went back to see my baby and told her I would be back soon to bring her home. I was only home 10 minutes when a new vet came in for shift change and called to tell me my dog had a cardiac arrest and was unresp... read more
I had my cat put down and was supposed to be getting a private cremation and have the ashes returned to me. I called 3 times during the week to see if my cat was cremated and I could get him and was told he would be there the following day. Well turns out I'll never get him back because they "messed up" and my cat went to a public cremation and will never be returned to me
It is devestating to lose a pet, especially one that is only three and a half years old. I should not have to call and ask for the necropsy results every week. This is a service I paid for. Even worse, I had to research and find the number for the third party (Hopkins Lab) and contact them myself to find out the cause of the delay and to obtain the report. The full report was sent to Animal Emergency on May 12, 2015. I called on Tuesday May 26 and was told that the report still hadn't been received. It was even harder to ... read more
