If I could leave 0 stars I would, 500 dollars and hours of time wasted to get an incorrect answer on what's actually wrong with my dog! Just to go to another vet, spend a fifth of that and in ten minutes have an immediate answer on what's wrong, xrays gone over with and a game plan to get the problem resolved! Overpriced and probably some sort of scam since I couldn't even get my xrays I overpaid for sent to the second vet! And to top it off only health practice I've visited where it seems like your being coaxed to pay for u... read more

I was so upset with this place. I called and let them know I needed them to see my dog because she stepped on something and had been limping/licking. They said "come on in we can see you right away!" And so I did. I drove about 8 minutes so there couldn't of been much change within that time. And I waited for 50 MINUTES. I left the building because I had to get to work. Now my dog has to be in pain while I'm At work because they couldn't get her in. Next time don't waste my time or anyone's for that matter. If you can't make... read more

We have taken our pets to this clinic two times. The first was for cysts in our dogs mouth and wanted $3500 to take them out, went to another clinic, they did it for $500. Second instance was taking our cat there for back legs not working, they took the cat for an "exam" and then said, keep over the weekend for $700 to be monitored or $5200 for an MRI. NO other options. Took our cat to the same clinic for our dog for the second opinion, they did the exam IN FRONT of us, and they gave us steroids to administer. $60 in and out... read more

On May 4, 2019 I came in with my 1 year old cat Daisy due to breathing heavily. When I brought my cat in, the last thing I thought was that I wouldn't be bringing her home. I arrived at this facility somewhere between 9 and 10 am. When I first arrived, there was a lady with short, brown hair - probably in her 20s - that took my cat to the back and put her on oxygen. I never caught her name. My bill says that Andrea entered my estimates and bills into the system. I don't know if Andrea is the vet technician that took Daisy ba... read more

Seriously, I hate this place. We've been dealing with a really sick dog this week, and we've spent thousands of dollars here after having her transferred from Evans East (by the way, Evans East is so wonderful!)... these people in Parker ran test after test after test and couldn't figure it out. I understand, and that can happen with a pet. That's not why I'm angry. I'm angry with their lack of caring attitude and their "we won't talk to you unless you bring her back in and pay us more money" approach. We've got a dog wi... read more

I would look for other opinions before going to this vet. Our dog started peeing blood all over the house and we took him to our normal vet and they ran tested and found nothing but thought it was a kidney infection but sent us to a this vet for a specialist. We arrived and the vet tech was very helpful and informative but not so much Doctor laurie, Only saw her for 5 min and she suggested every test in the book which we agreed to. Long story short after a couple hours there and a bill of $1,100.00 we were told that they cou... read more

Wish I could do zero stars, as seen on other posts, lack of compassion and only for the dollars!! Took dog in for possible emergency surgery on a sunday. All they wanted was paperwork and billing and the wait for the diagnosis was over 2 hours and bill estimate for $5000-8000!, who has that and can afford that??!! We ended up leaving him there over night as a precaution for 1200.00 and took him to our vet that following morning of which had him in surgery right away and kept for a week for recovery for less than $1000. Its r... read more

We had a horrible experience with Cottonwood animal emergency and specialty care. Unfortunately we had an emergency with our dog, as we thought he was passing away we called animal control and got him transferred over to this facility. I understand they have a business to run but the quality of understanding and compassion they had for not only me and my family but also my disabled daughter that was having to go through losing her bestfriend/service dog was disgusting. At the end of the day all they cared about was the money... read more

Unless you have money DON'T BOTHER. I took my dog there believing he might have had a seizure the night before. I clearly told the front desk that I didn't have hundreds of dollars on me. I asked if they would work on a payment plan with me just incase . The front desk lady said. "We'll see what we can do "Just to look at my dog they wanted $110. They said they would check to see what was wrong. After waiting a half hour the a lady named Janette came out and told me they didn't know what was wrong but that they were gonna st... read more
