I'm Just going to save you all a lot of time, money, your voice, and energy with this review. This "Emergency Hospital" is such a scam. Around 02:00 today my dog started having seizures. I had called prior to my arrival to let them know I'd be coming in, told them what was going on with my pet, and the lady on the phone with me told me I'd be able to be seen immediately since this counts as a "STAT" situation and "they weren't too busy". I get there around 02:45 and at that time my dog wasn't seizing and was told a tech woul... read more

We have taken all of our pets to AESC over the years, and we would have highly recommended them until our last visit.. we had a truly TERRIBLE experience when we brought my dog in last year. I have waited to leave a public review. I gave direct, private feedback after our visit, explaining our experience and how upsetting it was, and I never heard back from a single person. My 2 y/o German Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix was having severe bloody diarrhea (sorry, graphic). I came straight to AESC with my dog and four year old d... read more

I will never come here again! my dog got impaled by something in my yard. I took him in here and they said what ever it was just have fallen out. they said there wasn't anything in his leg. Later that week his leg kept getting more swollen and he wasn't walking on it. I took him back here two more times. They kept saying he was fine nothing Was in his leg it wasn't infected. after a week he came in side and there was a pool of blood under his leg. I looked at his leg and the muscle was hanging out. It was after hours so this... read more

I brought my 8 month old puppy in for respiratory issues and a 103 degree fever and I was told I had done tests a few weeks ago and didn't need to do anymore, even though this was a completely different health issue. I was told to go home and check his temp throughout the night and come back if it got worse. I left, carrying my dog out with no help from the staff, until one tech said, can I help you, and went to another vet ER. He was admitted immediately and diagnosed with pneumonia, staying 3 days with intense care. Dr... read more

THIS IS THE WORSE VETERINARY EVER! As soon as you walk in they are more worried about charging you than saving your dog! My puppy had respiratory arrest fluid in his lungs and he needed antibiotic at least amoxicillin and some albuterol to open his airway; and they didn't do shit. They just put him on oxygen and IV and asked us to deposit 6k to keep him for a day at least on oxygen or euthanized him. And on top of all their entrance door is broken and ran over my man's foot. And told him to please not sue them. Well now we ... read more

Called because my dog ate chicken bones and was told to come in. When I arrived I was told it would be 5-7 hours before he could see a Dr.

The WORST experience ever!!! They forced me to pay $500 just to get him seen and wait 2 hours for the doctor to tell me she doesn't know what's wrong. She tried to convince me to pay another $300 to get bloodwork to figure out the problem even though my cat was drooling blood. Extremely angry! They only gave him and IV! My cat wasn't given pain medication at the hospital, I had to buy and give them to my cat at home. All this time, money, and energy spent just for my cat to pass away at home a day later. Thanks to the medic... read more

beware! no ultrasound equipment avaliable on the weekend! critical care is not available here! despite the fact that it is the second most common tool used in veterinary practices! only one of theses two statements is true; this establishment has third world technology or they are blatant liars. there is no way around that fact! very few veterinary offices do not have access to perform an ultrasound. (let alone a specialty 24hr vet in parker colorado) with a b... read more

Hello, If I could give this place no star, I would. On 5/30/2023 Our family had the worst experience putting our Gorda (Rottie) down. We requested some calming medication and were told that she would be relaxed by the time the actual medication would be injected. 1st technician could not locate her vein and kept trying until the 4-5th time my husband request an experienced technician. 2nd technician came in and within one attempt she was able to locate the vein, and was great. Once the IV was placed, the vet doctor is notif... read more
