Brought sick cat that hadn't eaten in days. Called from parking space. Was told it was about 4 hours before he could be seen. We asked it we could come back later and we were told we'd have to wait in the car for 4 hours. We said yes we would wait and the receptionist audibly sighed and hung up.

We drive down here from Denver because we had a great experience with them last year but I think the management has changed. This experience was chaos. Brought our pup in late afternoon because he was sick. The staff was pleasant. We had an exam and some X-rays done. Both reception and Dr Hilton we're very kind and helpful. Sadly we didn't have any answers and took our pup home to monitor. He became increasingly symptomatic into the evening. We called and were told to bring him back in. I am squarely in the middle here,folks. This business could use some efficiency help. There is an overall lack of urgency for a clinic that is handling "emergencies". We were referred here for before hours care from another vets office. We waited in the lobby and attempted to check in while the gal helping us answered the phone no fewer than a dozen times. Been going here for 20 yrs and today will be the last time. They are short staffed and would rather refer you on to a clinic across town (referral fees) $$$ than treat a pet in agony. My pet had a infection and they said noting was wrong.. I took her to another Doctor. THANK GOD I did as she was real sick..just like told them. Absolutely uncalled for the way the tech acted to me. I dont think my dog even got to see a doctor. They have a don't care attitude here!

I brought my sweet puppy in who was attacked. Initially they were good and I was told that my pup could stay the night free of charge. I did not want to leave him but had a glass of wine and didn't feel comfortable driving. They called and redacted that statement and we're rude and not good with me or my dog! I would not recommend this place!

**READ IF YOU FELL LIKE YOU SCAM**WORKING WITH ATTORNEY NEED MORE PROOF*** I wished I would have read the reviews before coming here. Our Vet told us my dog was diagnosed with IVDD and to take him to a neurologist. We contacted them, Off the bat its $200 just to see him. The neurologist that saw him disagree with the diagnosis and had me do $3,000 in test, YES JUST TESTING, and no answer as what was wrong with my dog! Oh goodness please please DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! This place is 5 minutes from our house so we kept going. Not anymore they have gone downhill and fast. The service is SLOW, I understand covid but they were slow before covid. I also understand emergencies happen and sometimes you need to prioritize some patients above others. Please do! But communicate to the people who have been sitting in your parking lot for two hours with no word. We sat there so long we had to call them back and ask them what was going on. The ill... read more

I cannot say how much I dislike (and that is putting it mildly) this place. A few years ago we took my brothers dog there as she was vomiting, lethargic, and had diarrhea. They did test after test and said basically she was very sick and we should think about putting her down, after spending 800.00. I said hold on, lets keep her on IV fluids over night and make that decision in the morning. IT WAS A MIRACLE (sarcasm) the next morning the dog was fine and lived many more years. This ER vet is the worst!!! I sat in the parking lot waiting for a vet tech to come see my dog for an hour and a half! No one ever came. I called 3 times and they kept saying someone was coming and no one ever came! I do NOT recommend this place!!!!
