My little dog, Buddy, has been coming to this clinic for about the last 2 years and we've always had great service and care! He visits fairly routinely for nail trims, gland expressions, etc. and I've never once had an issue with any member of the staff!

I have been taking my pets here for the last 25 years. I do dog rescue so I come into contact with many veterinarians, but this is where I prefer to take my pets. Holly

I've been taking my 10 month old puppy here for 6 months and am very pleased so far. I bought their well puppy plan, which covers shots, neuter surgery, etc. His recent neuter surgery went very well. I greatly appreciated the staff follow up and check in. I feel they provide a good combination of professionalism and friendly personal service. If I call with a question, I get a prompt response. Definitely recommend.

We live in a weird world right now, everyone is stretched thin and it sucks!! I found a ray of hope w/ Dr. Rachel Olsen!! My oldest kitty Meredith Pye is not doing well, as a parent I panicked, upon securing an appointment w/ Dr. Olsen she gave kitty the once over twice, took tests and ultimately found a UTI :( & other things we're dealing w/ now. You can tell Dr. Olsen really cares about her "patients" w/ by her approach (and reassuring manner w/ the "parents!") Need a gold medal vet? Look no more!

They were expensive ($500 including medicine for tick treatment, vaccine boosters and deworming), but we experienced good results and they were helpful/kind. Their default recommendations can be expensive with extra tests and medicine you may or may not need, but you can ask them to leave those out. -- Update: I mistakenly thought they had shared my family's contact information with another entity. It turns out they did not.

Wow, wow, wow I have never received such amazing customer service!! This girl was amazing! I was having a very hard time getting in anywhere even my regular vet, but when I called, the receptionist was so caring, she asked a number of questions to make sure she understood what was wrong with my boy. She then said she had gotten on the wait list, she was very apologetic about not being able to get me in sooner, and said she'd keep an eye out for any cancellations. The reason for 3 starts is because it is extremely hard to get ahold of them. When you call the first thing the person who answers the phone is if it is an emergency otherwise they will place you on a "brief" hold which is usually 10-15 minutes. Very frustrating. I am satisfied with the care they give my dog, just not satisfied in trying to make contact.

We already allow texting to our main line, and are trying some new ideas that will not require everyone to call first thing in the morning at the same time. For our family we highly recommend Animal Hosp. Of Newport hills. We have used their services for well over 20 years. We miss being able to accompany our animal's into the appointments because of Covid, but completely understand. Dr. Aspen is our GSD, provider, we Just enjoy who she is as dose our girl.

Highly recommend! I took my 1 1/2 year old cat to have surgery here. The staff was wonderful and treated like her like one of their own. They were very communicative before and after her surgery and kept me updated on her progress. I was able to call and text them with my questions after her surgery, they were super nice and were quick to respond. Thank you for taking such good care of my kitty!
