Dr. Rachel Olsen has been taking care of my lil Bear for some time now (he's 12 years old) and his dentist visits have been perfect even with tooth pulling. She can still laugh and say she likes him, even though they can't touch him while he is awake. Very Mr. Grumpy/Snarly and snappy. I appreciate the fact that she is still willing to do anything to reduce his stress. Yah Animal Hospital of Newport Hills and Dr. Rachel Olsen!

Just moved to Seattle from east coast and my beloved cat had ongoing tearing in her eyes. I asked my new neighbor if she knew a vet, and she recommended the clinic. I've never experienced anything like it, and I've had animals for 40 years. We have been bringing our furr babies to this facility for 10yrs now. Our favorite vets, Dr.Olsen, Dr.Rosenkranz, and Dr.Thomas O'Brian deserve a shout out. They have helped us through many scary situations with our cats and dogs. Their professionalism, knowledge base, and skills level are top notch. We have been going here for nearly 20 yrs and would go no place else. Always have had excellent care for our pets and great customer service for their 2 legged friends. It is basically a walk in clinic with quite a few vets, so it doesn't take long to be seen. The wait can be longer if you request a certain vet. Each of my dogs saw a different vet because of the relationship they developed. Sounds silly, but true! Thank You staff at AHNH!

Couldn't ask for more compassion from them. Hardest thing to do to put your dying dog down, they were professional and made one of the most difficult things I've done a little easier

Safarah, one of my two kitties, had a serious kidney issue. Dr. Rachel Olsen was able to save my little precious - now after regaining her weight she runs and plays around like nothing ever happened. I have been impressed with the skills and compassion my cat has been treated by Dr. Olsen and the office staff. Everyone has been helpful and made my kitties feel welcome and cared for.

This is a long overdue review. I'd like to first start by saying this place is great! We have a very mischievous miniature schnauzer named Leonidas (Leo, for short) who loves to eat little things. We've now had to bring him in on 3 different occasions, had surgery on one of those mishaps. Everyone here has been amazing, especially manager Jenny. They keep us up to date on what's going on, from progress to payments. Friendly and professional service!

The staff here are AMAZING, they have taken such loving care of our two dogs, including one ACL surgery. We've been taking our dogs here since 2012 and never had any issues. All the staff has been personable, easy to talk to and absolutely more than happy to talk through any questions we have. You can tell they all love animals and handle our dogs wonderfully. I have the utmost respect and faith in this clinic and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.
