1st shots for my black lab pup. The vet (Dr. Galloway) was patient & gentle with Billy and took the time to completely answer my questions. He asked questions about the puppy’s environment and our future plans for activities and gave some some great advice. The assistants and front office staff were very nice and kind to the animals present. A great experience and I’m happy with the service and care at Animal Hospital of Newport Hills.

The vets and workers are great. They smile under their masks. You can hear it in their voice. Dr Rachel Olson is my number one vet there. I have been with her many years and I value her advice and friendship. She cares for the fur babies but also the owners. She shares her experiences sometime but you really know how much she loves all fur babies, even the naughty ones. I don't think twice about calling them if I have a question, even if Dr Olson isn't on.
