Recently adopted a cat and came here for her checkups and to get her dewormer. Since I work 9-5 it was nice to have a vet take an appointment at 7pm. I went in for the check-up and got Dr. Olsen who checked my cat. She was very caring to her and asked me questions about how my cat was. I asked her if she could help me cut her nails and apply soft-paws. She said they don't usually apply soft paws, but she would help me with them. I'm very grateful for all the caring staff at the Animal Hospital of Newport Hills. I have waited to long to write this review. I have been bringing my dogs here for almost 13 years. My lab broke her leg as a puppy and need extensive surgery. It's been 7 years and she fully recovered and runs around the yard like a young pup. Our 5 month old schnauzer swallowed a rock and Newport Hills Hospital was able to perform surgery within 15min of arrival. Not only did they get it done in a timely manner but also was less than half the cost of other pet hospitals we've visited. Amazing service and will not use any other vet for our dog.
After bringing home a special needs rescue dog I learned about Newport Hills from a dog trainer I was working with. The thing I love best is the fact that they're open late and open 7 days per week. The Vets and staff have all been incredibly amazing with Desi who is in there quite often unfortunately. They have been wonderful at helping me figure out what is wrong and getting her on the right meds. We have been in Seattle for two years now and wanted to find a local go-to-vet for our cat Winston. There wasn't anything wrong with her, we just wanted to get her checked out as well as to make sure that she was up-to-date on all of her shots. Absolutely everyone that we encountered was super friendly at the Animal Hospital, as well as incredibly knowledgeable. Dr Aspen Davidoff was great! She was quick, fast and through. A quick exam and our healthy, crazy kitty was out the door. Dr Aspen was congenial, loving with the cat, and extremely knowledgable! I would recommend her to anyone. They had walk in hours were were in and out in 45 mins! YAY!!! My kitty didn't try to scratch them or anything.
My 8 month old lab and my 5 year old cat both come here for everything now. I recently moved to the area and feel very lucky to have found a vet that I trust. You can tell that the staff really love animals and every time I leave my pets here, I feel like they are in good hands. The office is always clean and I never have to wait long.
