Thorough... but expensive! If we got all the shots and check-ups they recommend for our cats, we would spend more on cat maintenance than car maintenance. Cheaper to get new animals than maintain current ones. On second thought, maybe stuffed animals is the way to go... J/K honey.

fast and easy. they even offered me info on other places to go for the services i needed [private boarding for my aussie]. nice people.

It seems like the skill level of the vets here can vary, so if you find somebody you like, be sure to stick with them. My ferrets and cat are patients, and I've always been confident in the care they've received. The staff was extremely compassionate when they heard that one of my elderly ferrets passed away and went out of their way to send a condolence card. The waiting room is small as others have pointed out, and I've had to wait longer than I had hoped a couple of times. But, they're open late which is great for working... read more

I was very impressed and happy with the care received. Not only are they very friendly and knowledgeable, but the price is great. I have been going to VCA and spending thousands on my pets for the past few years but got tired of the poor care and outrageous bills. Newport Hills Vets gave us options for treatment (not just the most expensive one like they do at VCA), and very detailed information about my dogs illness. Love them for shots as well - can't beat the $20 vs. VCA cost at $200. We will return.

We have been taking our animals here for the past seven years. If we needed to take them in for something more than annual vaccinations we would opt for another vet and in fact we have. I feel they do a fine job, however I feel like I get nickle and dimed out of as much cash as they can possibly get. I was really impressed with this animal hospital. It was very clean, the staff were all very professional and caring, and Dr. Thomazin was so good with my geriatric siamese. Given the amount of testing that needs to be done for a feline geriatric profile, I used to pay over $350; at this location, it was under $270, which is very helpful. They have been amazing just amazing we have taken our dogs there for years. through sickness and health they have been there %110 percent. There very very caring and understanding. They know what there doing. Also we have taken all of our foster dogs there that they have been great with all of them. My dog is going through chemo right now and they have been great. I trust them with any animal I bring in. I just have to say thank you for all you have done.

We've been using this great facility for the last 7 or 8 years for our little Toy Poodle, Nikki. We've been very, very pleased with their service - from the reception room to the skilled and experienced vets on duty. I've never seen unsanitary conditions in the waiting room or examination rooms. Their professional services are quick, knowledgeable and informative. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting good pet care.

I was very happy with the level of care that I received at this hosptal. Just an interesting note- see the review on this hospital from Jennifer B. on www.insiderpages.com. (quite a different story)
