I TOOK MY DOG HERE THIS PAST SUNDAY, April 20, 2025. My dog had been sick for a few days and as it was the weekend, her vet was closed so I went were. This was the worst place ever. On March 23, 2025 at 7:30am I arrived animal specialty center at 9 Odell plaza in Yonkers. I brought my cat Luca in because he was dropping pee he wasn’t fulling using the bathroom and before things got worst like a blockage we took him to the emergency room. I came in with my dog who was pushed to the bottom of the wait list. Adrianna who was at the front desk had a very poor, unprofessional, and distasteful approach to her customer service. With waiting for 5 hours each time I spoke with her it was very distasteful.
