they killed my dog with wrong diagnosis and gave her wrong medication, they are all about money, if you dont have enough they will turn you away.
I don't recommend this disgusting center to anyone. you people killed my mothers dog last week, she was diagnosed with the wrong thing plus wrong medication. when my mom begged for her disability money , the director of the hospital was nasty and cold hearted . they covered up for each other. do you think they will say yes im.sorry the vet did wrong! ofcourse not . my mother is so hurt and her crying everyday, breaks my heart . This place is probably good for sub specialties but not for emergency care. It is risky because you never know who will be on when you take your pet there.

The lack of compassion I’ve gotten from them since they put my beloved chihuahua, Dena, Down is unbelievable. I spent 9 hours there and spent a small fortune, and ultimately had to put her down. I arranged for cremation and paid for an imprint of her paw. When I went to pick her ashes up, I was informed that the paw print was never done. I was absolutely devastated. Please don't let them kill your Baby like they did to mine. PLEASE . They just robbing you to kill your dog. Unbelievably wrong diagnosis and carelessness, looks like we are in 3rd world country not in USA. I have all evidence for their malpractice, but nothing will make my baby alive. This place is the absolute worst they feed on the emotional people that come in with their animals and try to take their money by lying and saying that their animal is dying and time is running out so they take your animal without you to the back. God knows what they do back there. They come back and they put you in a room saying you owe tons of money and they can save your animal's life if you pay $5000 or $6000 once they take your animal to the back it's over for you and your money . Ive been here for 2 hours with my dog with a bleeding cyst, swelling in her leg and I'm obvious pain.. so far live had one doctor examine her for 5 minutes and tell me what she would "like" to do, sent a nurse with a bill for 2400.00 to admit her to run all these tests but my dog is still bleeding, in pain and now I'm waiting for another bill just to do X-rays and clean the wound, my poor dog can't sit, has been walking around in circles for the last two hours and I'm waiting for a freaking bill so they could do something to... read more
