Capitalism is the only priority here. If you can't pay, you'll be turned away and your pet will be left to die. There are so many complaints about the amount of pets in animal shelters but no help for the people who truly love their animal families.
I brought my cat there on November 25th I had to bring my car back in November 27th after they charge me over $3,000 they told me my cat was going to make it to leave my cat there I decided to take him home he's alive and doing good This place gave me dog medicine to give to my cat

I made the mistake of bringing my dog here she was a member of my family here they treated her like a peace of garbage I brought her in because she was shaking and not acting normal she was awake though they told me they would rush her in to find out the problem instead of stabilizing her placing an Iv they treated her like shit because they gave me this 1400 dollar bill and expected me to just have it on hand it took me a few hours to cAll around finally got half bye that time mind you they have been doing nothing for her b... read more
Not happy at all with place. Brought pet for end of life care. Left us sitting out in parking lot for long period of time before 1 nurse came and needed our help to get pet in stretcher then put us in comfort room for longest period of time before returning with pet to that room. Charged $125 for exam but never spoke to a doctor about findings or why pet was brought in. No medical intervention at all as long as they collect $270 for comfort end of life care. Would never go there again. So cold. I don't believe exam was ever ... read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would. My dog ingested something possibly poisonous and was throwing up profusely and had terrible diarrhea. We took him to this facility with hopes of getting seen and getting him treated immediately since he was very dehydrated. We waited 5 hours!!!! 5 hours!!!! No IV. No blood work during the wait. We were hydrating him ourselves using a syringe from his old medicine and a bottle of water. When he was finally seen the doctor gave us a grocery list of things he need to do.
