PennyMac dropped the ball in several areas. First being the PennyMac’s expectations of the need to close on the current ownership of our home. While this was addressed MULTIPLE times from my side prior to the purchase of the new home this was a last minute surprise. It didn’t have to be this way as we would have accepted different terms from the buyer. Secondly, it was absolute crickets from PennyMac prior to closing. Great experience from start to finish. Everyone said I was crazy for using an out of state bank but you guys have taken care of me for a long time.
