The entire process with pennymac was amazing, they communicated everything needed and we closed on the expected date! This was an incredibly easy process!

This is the second home I've purchased and financed through PennyMac. PennyMac has exceptional customer service and they guide you through the process flawlessly. I highly recommend PennyMac for your new home financing. PennyMac has a client for life in me.
Just need one person to handle process from start to finish. Have several people emailing us asking for same documentation that was already submitted. We were sent one estimate towards the end and wired the money to lawyer. Then we received another estimate final day before closing had to come up with additional $3500 dollars. Not happy with that , overall process was okay I would use Penny Mack again

Response to e-mails so both spouses were aware of the same information. Clearer communication on the process as a whole instead of piecemeal. It did get better at the end but that seemed to be after frustrations were communicated to other service sources.
Anna was great to work with, she was thorough in documentation and follow ups and explained the details and answered all my questions patiently and she was responding to my emails even late in the evening so that I have all my questions answered that very day itself. I would recommend Anna Eng and PENNYMAC for your mortgage requirements.
The online document submission system was great and Anna did a wonderful job of keeping informed about each step in the process and what was expect of me.
