Dr. Hanneken explained in great detail the reason my optometrist recommended I see her, the possible causes of the issue, and recommended actions, including treatments and adjustments in lifestyle. She thoroughly understood the issue and communicated clearly. It was very reassuring to address this issue with her counsel and care. The staff was helpful and efficient. The office is well run and comfortable.
Dr Hanneken was thorough and professional. Her staff were excellent, professional and respectful. The office was very clean, orderly and pleasant. The vision tests and photographs were numerous and thorough.I did feel a bit rushed with the doctor; but I felt the exam process was thorough. She is extremely personable and knowledgeable and makes a point of making certain that I understand my eye situation.
