Dr. Hanneken is the best you can get on the West Coast. No, sometimes you won't get in within 5 minutes, sometimes, she is teaching, researching or taking care of patients at the hospital. HER STAFF IS VERY WELL ORGANIZED AND WELL TRAINED, VERY EFFECIENT AND YET FRIENDLY, THE OFFICE IS IMMACUATE AND THE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT IS UP TO DATE AND EFFECTIVE. DR. HANNEKEN IS VERY EFFECIENT AND PRECISE.
Have been patient for 3 years. Office staff is very pleasant and professional.. Explain all steps of exams and answer any questions or concerns. Dr. Hanneken lis lovely and caring. Exams are thorough and never rushed. Explains all procedures and addresses any concerns promptly. A great and caring surgeon.

As a former health care provider, I am very careful if not downright “picky” about whom I choose for healthcare. This was my first experience with her. I had a mini-eye emergency and my usual doctor was out of town. he offered to help and carefully reviewed my eye issues - present and past, offered some suggestions going forward, contacted a few of my specialists and I left feeling my care is in good hands. I recommend her in the highest terms. She i a 5 star physician.
