Would give zero stars if I could. Signed up with a guy and got a good deal. (or so I thought) He asked if we wanted our payments Auto debited. We said NO. He said that was fine and we could pay when they came out. Since then he has not been back. Today my card was charged for 96 dollars. He told us it would be $34 a quarter. My advice is to stay far away. The techs are very polite and friendly, but not properly trained in using the chemicals, and if you have a problem, you cannot get anyone to return your calls. Their sales staff is top notch and that is what they concentrate on, because once you sign their "deal" it will cost you $249 to get out of it. Their initial treatment was fine, and that tech was thorough and great. Next visit, a tech came and stood in my yard and sprayed (like you would spray from a hose) from one spot.
