I wish I could add the videos of ants taking over my yard. I also asked if the could help with mice and they put out two traps. Ridiculous please don't waste your money.

Terrible owner in Dallas area. Using young adult kids for his sales. Promised them money at the end of the season for their sales and then pulled some contract crap on them so now they don't get paid. I am sure you are getting your money Mitch Mathews. Inspiring to young men you are not.

A year ago a sale representative from Anthem came by my house and I told him I do my own pest control and I do not have issues. He told me of the other "extra services" they do and me just wanting to give some business I told him I will only give you and sign for a year contract. NOT TWO YEARS! I emphasized that over and over and the sales representative agreed and made me sign a one year contract. He indicated that after the one year it will be rolling from one quarter to another. When I met with the salesman, I was not informed I was signing a two year term, he just said I needed to sign for a free spray. After I found out, I called to cancel and they talked me into a 1 year quarterly. Do not go with Anthem, the chemicals they use are so diluted it is probably safe to drink, they barely spray anything and don't even knock down cobwebs/nests once they know you are locked in. I used Anthem for 1 full year (yes they lock you in with a contract). The service is mediocre. A "technician" goes around your property, sprays it not even keeping a pattern. The whole service takes 4 minutes (on a decent sized property), lots of blind spots not covered. Got ants? good luck. Looking at the surveillance recordings from the last 5 services provided by this company and I said to myself: what an easy way to make 110$/service. The bug population never decreased. I was a customer with them for over a year. They would come and do a good service. When we signed up with them, they stated that we did not have a yearly contract and could cancel when needed. We my husband and I called to cancel 4 months ago, they stated that they had no record of the call and that we were in a 2 year contract and would need to pay to get out of it. I do not ever write reviews. But this business should come with a warning. The list goes on.... Service doesn't work (ants have stayed in my yard with a year of treatment). That is if they even made it out.... (still unsure) Techs say they come out yet have never been seen on property. No one answers phone calls.The workers mostly only respond via text.
