Do not use this company ITS A SCAM. They do not honor there contract. So many complaints could be made. Just save your self from two years of shitty service

It's rare if someone wants to write a bad review on a business. The customer service or the product have to be that bad for anyone to take time out of their life to review the company. I will say this, we did not experience any rudeness from the employees but I'm sure some sketchy work was being done. Salesman came to my door soliciting our business. He had no badge from the city indicating that he was even allowed to be soliciting and we are on the city do not solicit list. If they're not even going to go to the city and get authorization to solicit door to door, it makes me wary about the kind of service you would get if you purchased anything from this company.

A salesman came to my door and rude as hell. First of all he was telling me about his 4.7 rating on google. Who gives a rats about google?? Everyone gets at least a 4/5 on there anyways. So I told him about YELP and the dude then look concerned about it. When I looked and saw the crap reviews I knew the business sucked. I told him that I wanted to think about it and said on these exact words "think about what" I wanted to punch his ass in the face but I kept my cool

Had my girl sign up to have the house treated due to it having a bunch of random bug in the house. The sales men came and give a presentation and so forth.. sounded like a "good" thing to have for the home... Wrong wrong wrong. We ended not being happy with the service at all. No one would answer calls, we'd always have to wait 10-20 minutes on the phone to get a hold of any, IF anyone answered. Would give zero stars if I could. Signed up with a guy and got a good deal. (or so I thought) He asked if we wanted our payments Auto debited. We said NO. He said that was fine and we could pay when they came out. Since then he has not been back. Today my card was charged for 96 dollars. He told us it would be $34 a quarter. My advice is to stay far away. The techs are very polite and friendly, but not properly trained in using the chemicals, and if you have a problem, you cannot get anyone to return your calls. Their sales staff is top notch and that is what they concentrate on, because once you sign their "deal" it will cost you $249 to get out of it. Their initial treatment was fine, and that tech was thorough and great. Next visit, a tech came and stood in my yard and sprayed (like you would spray from a hose) from one spot.
