This was the worst service I ever had I have more roaches in my house this is ridiculous they never would spray the inside of my house it was horrible and when they did I don't know what they were spraying because it seem like more roaches came you want to use them that's you my contract is canceled thank the Lord

If I could give half a star I would. As seen in other reviews READ your contract. The gentleman that sold me the service had informed me I would only sign for a year with the option to cancel no hassles. Turns out the agreement I signed was for 24 months and cancelling would require a cancellation fee. Pretty deceiving in my opinion but lessons learned. We moved into our house in 2021 and this company came by our house after we moved in. They said we would get 3 treatments @@110.00. They did not say it would be for 2 year contract. A lot can happen in a year much less 2 years. I tried to cancel my contract or subscription as they refer to it because it has been over a year and we can not afford their service any longer due to needing to help out family members financially. This company is BAD, period. I contracted with them for 1 year service. They would come on a quarterly basis and just treat the outside of the house. The problem we had was on the inside of the house, namely the garage. Then at the end of 1 year, they charged my credid card again, even though we were not happy with their service. Somewhere in the agreement, there is an automatic renewal provision which I did not know or was told. I asked for a refund 2 days after the unauthorized service and they wouldn't give it to me. If there was a negative rating I would give that. They don't do complete service. I check my cameras after they service and every time I have to call for treat. The bigger issue is the retreat is equally a crappy. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY AND DON'T USE THIS TRASH SERVICE!

incredibly deceptive "cancellation " process. the number of hoops required to cancel, even after "fulfilling your contract" are outright lies. I entirely regret giving this company a single minute of my time, let alone my money. I cannot urge you enough, do not give them your business. you would be better off with a can of raid.

I have lived in the same house my entire life and have never seen so many roaches in my life. Up until June of this year I and my family have used ameriteck pest control to kill the bugs around our house and never had an issue until I switched over to anthem pest control. They lied to me and said they could treat my backyard even though their was chickens and then when the tech came out they said they couldn't do that and then did everything else. This company is a fraud. they do not show up but still charge you for services. I've filed a complaint with both the AG and BBB. they charged me even after giving written notice to cancel my agreement as they have breached contract 3 times.

This place is as bad as signing up for a gym membership. They want 30 days written notice to cancel even after your 1 year contract ends. The service itself is terrible. The second time they came out I caught them spraying the neighbors yard. They always put in their notes that you weren't home even when you are. So you have to watch for them if you want service inside your home. I used Orkin years ago and they were fantastic. Use them instead.
