Awful. A boy knocked at the door and insisted on us switching to his company. He claimed that my entire neighboorhood had already switched, which is not true. After I declined, he refused to leave the property and insisted on coming back. It's just wrong.

I had a boy knock on my door and ask I said no he came back another day I felt a little more interested I took his number but after a couple minutes I told we couldn't do it to cancel I NEVER HAD THEM COME OUT BUT STILL SENT ME A INVOICE I OWN MY OWN BUSINESS AND THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL

This company will steal your money run far from these people 3 times they charged my card and never showed up when I called to ask to have my card refunded they laughed and said prove it I was so shocked i had to call my bank to cancel my card to stop these people from stealing any more money from my account

I was sold one thing & given another. I left my previous pest control company because Anthem told me they would do my entire yard, rather than the 30 ft Moxie did. Moxie did what I was sold. When Anthem came out I was told they were going to do 6 feet, 3 up the side of my house & 3 ft out from my house. I blew a gasket. When I had called to schedule it I told the young lady what I needed & she agreed to set it up. I called due to a rodent issue and was told to let the tech know when they came out about the entry points inside the home. When he came, he never entered my house, in fact, acted like what I was told didn't make sense to him. A week after he came out, the issue was even worse than before. I reached out to Justin and was told he would have someone contact me and come out asap. Never happened. We ended up taking care of the issue ourselves. Horrible Horrible Horrible Worst pest control ever Customer service is awful They charge you monthly for they don't even do. Came out one time haven't seen them since but they still take your money. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I didn't even want to give them 1 *.Horrible Horrible Horrible I can't say it enough. If you want a company that will take your money for doing nothing Anthem is the place to go.

WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!! THEY WILL LIE, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, AND HAVE NO REMORSE!!!!!! I feel compelled to write about Anthem Peat Control to warn any and all people seeking a pest control company to NOT make the mistake of using this company! They promised me they would have their termite inspection license within a year of me signing up with them and it's been a year and a half and they have not done squat! As others stated...read every single word of the contract. I was moving and told the technician the last time they came out, he looked at his device and told me I had no more services required and that he would inform the office that I was moving and cancelling. Today I get a text telling me there is service scheduled in two days. When I called I'm told I have several more services on my contract. $279 cancellation fee.
