I would rate this a zero if possible! Beware! These folks are crooks and the most dishonest company i have dealt with in a long time. They set up appts and just show up. They do not coordinate with the customer. They charge you whether you get the full service or not. I paid 250.00 just to get them out of my life and I am afraid they may still show up. Enter into a contract with them at your own risk and read the fine print!
Poor service. No calls to confirm a technician will be showing up for appointments. Based on the fact that multiple infestations are still present, I'm not even sure anyone showed up at all to spray for insects. The only time they make an effort to contact me is when the bill is due.
the worst service ever. is a fraud. they sold me a "guarantee service" and the day after, the house still infected in spiders, mosquitos, and others. when i ask for a cancelation, they charge 300usd to my account for cancelation!! dont trust in this company. they stole the money from my pocket.
They make it impossible to talk to anyone. They reel you in and convince you to make an appointment the next day. Thought it might be a good option but when I decided to cancel the appointment they make it impossible to get a hold of anyone. Thankfully the salesman left me his direct line otherwise I'm not sure when I would be able to speak to someone. Called their office at 11am on a Tuesday only to have a computer tell me their office is closed. Maybe their service is good, but their customer service sucks.
Again a technicians shows up and sprays my drive way and sends me a bill. Company did not call to tell me I had an appt or someone was coming. Technician did not call me either. Service is not complete and someone needs to please come back out and spray the inside and the entire outside of my home. And pls this time call me to actually confirm the appt. Thanks
Read! Read! Read!Don't be scammed! Ask and review before signing if they would charge you BIG TIME if you would cancel. There are a lot of companies that are charge-free if you would cancel. Don't fall prey to their solicitation antics!
This company is the worst. I will NEVER use them for any property. We had one last spray left in our contract and we were moving so we called them to cancel. They told us they would charge us but come spray our current home that we were leaving and our new property for free but they would only charge us one time. They ended up charging us twice and spraying our old home twice instead of the new house. They refused to refund us any money OR to go spray the house that they actually were supposed to spray. I wish I could add the videos of ants taking over my yard. I also asked if the could help with mice and they put out two traps. Ridiculous please don't waste your money.
The customer service unprofessional, the service is pretty terrible! Not recommended at all
