I was greeted at the door by a gentleman who announced himself as an employee of Apex Roofing. He then asked if he could go on my roof and do an inspection because he could see damage from the street. As I knew there were some visible areas where the roof had been repaired I agreed. Once he completed the inspection he stated he thought he could get my roof replaced through insurance at no cost to me. Terrible customer service and support after the sale. Don't pay in advance
This company has been soliciting business door to door in my neighborhood, which has a strict no soliciting sign and policy, for over a month. Despite multiple warnings and calls to their home office they still show up and knock on a few doors before someone asks them to leave. Very unprofessional.
