Do not recommend!List of issues are as followed:Subcontract their work.Roofer put a hole through my newborn nursery ceiling, displaced my family for over two months . Had to call multiple times expressing frustration and concern just to get matter notice.( zero concern from company)Roofers left satellite hanging for roof almost shattering bedroom window( had to personally remove myself) Had to call to get dumpster removed from my driveway. BUYER BEWARE. This company has taken advantage of my elderly parents and charged them 46K for a roof replacement. They also damaged the property and did not even complete the job. They left garbage all over the home as well. Shame on this company for taking advantage of elderly and sick ************'s disgraceful.

THE worse customer service I've ever encountered. To say the customer service is horrendous would be an understatement, no one ever returns your calls (if you can get someone's contact number) and the emails go unanswered. It took me a full year to get the whole process completed. Do not use this company. I'd sooner rip off my own roof and install a new one than ever use this company again.

After reviewing the file, it appears that the homeowner spoke with *****, ******* and Courterica several times between 5/9 and 5/17. On 5/17 @ 9:22am CST, ***** emailed the homeowner the document she requested.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY STOLE $20,000 FROM **. SETTLED WITH OUR INSURANCE AND KEPT THE MONEY. BEEN OVER 2 YRS NOW.

Apex was contracted through an insurance claim and then a settlement by the insurance company. The settlement check went to Apex bypassing me and the mortgage company. This was my fault as I didn't think I needed to release money during the various stages of the roof replacement. Big mistake! During the initial schedule I aquised the company of putting me off after they kept canceling and rescheduling because they had the money and no incentive to do the work. The only concern remaining at this time is the driveway, all others have been addressed. After a roof replacement on our home the company was not responsive to our issues with the job done. It was 6 months before their corporate office finally called asking about our issues: (1) align crooked gutters, (2) skylight replaced with wrong fixture. Another 3 months passed and the gutters were finally fixed. The incorrect skylight, which no longer provides adequate light to our great room, was never replaced to our satisfaction. This is **************************** and the official language is English. First I must make it clear that I don't care what race or nationality contractors are, but Apex had a team of Hispanics replace my roof and I was not able to speak with them because none of them spoke a work of English. If I could have talked with them I could have told them that the fascia that they crumpled when they removed it was not suitable to be put back and that they had lost a piece of soffit which they needed to find or replace. Apex Roofing does not have very good customer relations, their Project Manager and their Quality Control Manager do not return my calls. Apex sub-contracted out our roof installation and they did a sloppy job. After removing old roof, they installed the matting and then left the area only to return later that evening and ripped up the matting and installed plywood in several areas, then reapplied the matting. She has also sent the homeowner pictures of other completed roofs with similar shading. The homeowner passed his Final inspection from Charlotte county, and it was sent to him on 1/4/23.

Would not recommend this company to do your roof. They finally replaced our roof back in August 2022. Hurricane *** hit and many of our roof ridge caps blew off with the storm. We contacted Apex to come back and do the repairs on the roof. Have called several times and have not heard back from them. Have also given them a number of referrals which they sell to you saying you can get money for referrals but never followed up on those either. They only want to deal with full roof replacements. With respect to the referrals, they have been submitted to be followed up on by the appropriate person and the homeowner will be updated once information is received.
