Purchase on 8/16/2023 apnTech very disappointed!!! with customer care ***** sorry no last name!?!? Fraudulently omitted important info when closing sale. If they had stated that initial investment was just to get a specialist to talk to you about your visibility with search engines. At that point they tell you how much you will be investing on a monthly basis plus their fee, exponentially out of reach with our budget. I explained this to the specialist and requested refund. If I could leave this company 0 stars I would. This company stole $200 from ** for over a year and we never got any results. We tried to contact them several times and never got a response. If we did get a response it was a promise for them to reach out and they never did. When we told them we wanted to cancel they back tracked and said they didn't have any contact info for us. They never answer the phone, it is an answering service that knows nothing about your account. I have been trying for days to get a rep on the phone because they badly botched the implementation of the service they promised. I want it fixed immediately or give me my money back.

They called me under false claims that they were with ****** and told me their service incuded back channel indexing with listings and when I told them that is all I wanted them to do they told me that it was not included.The salesman told me if I was not happy with the service they would refund my money. They are now refusing to refund my money after I requested a refund. They have done absolutley nothing and provided no service. This company is a fraud!

I've ALREADY filed a complaint against them here as well as with the Attorney General in their state AND MY state! I wanted an immediate cancellation of the transaction because they would not send me a receipt for $598.00! They have constantly refused and NOW they have been BLOWING UP MY PHONE AND EMAIL ever since I contacted BBB demanding that I withdraw my complaint from this website!! NO WAY! NO HOW!

I purchased apnTech 6/21/23 and tried to cancel 6/26/23 and got the run around. Im still waiting which I was told could take 72 hours to receive a call from a specialist to assist with the canceling process. It was easy to sign up but the reverse is difficult.

ApnTech is a company that has not given the service purchased. I am a small business owner looking for ways to make sure my business is noticed on the Internet. The Apntech representative called me to give the benefits of using ApnTech as my marketing solution. This was a very costly mistake. I have not seen any difference in the voice search, prime listing, or anything for that matter, so far I have invested a little over two thousand dollars into the Apntech solution company and I have received nothing but blank results.
