I am extremely unhappy with the non service that i received. I called apntech to complain that i have not received any business calls from their service and i wanted my money back and they claimed they would not refund me my money. I paid on 4/20 ****** and received nothing from my payment as of today. I spoke with a rude associated who argued with me and said they dont do refunds. Big promises, little action. Called to cancel the service just a few hours after payment was taken and they were unwilling to process it. I was going to re-join in a couple of months and recommend you to other businesses in the local Chamber, but if you can't even process a simple refund without getting dodgy, I'll put out the word never to do business with the company!
This company is a scam! They did absolutely nothing but lie and be rude. They literally did nothing but took 200$ a month and did nothing. Please be very weary using this service. It's a waste of money and they will treat you like garbage when you call to cancel. Unbelievable. This company should be shut down for fraud. I hope someone sues then silly.
Extremely unhappy paid customer,My service has not ever worked as promised from the start, and trying to log a support ticket to speak to someone has after 4 tickets and almost a month of waiting for someone to call resulted in extreme dissatisfaction
Everything sounded great when I signed up a couple years ago. I had forgotten about it till i really looked at my credit card statement and remembered the company. Called in to cancel my subscription and was told the manager just happened to be walking by and authorized a lower rate. On Feb. 13th, I paid APN wayyyyyyy to much money for a voice activated business listing in directories. As of April 22nd, I have yet to see that! Sad. No result to the promises!!!!!! They were suppose to list me through voice services like Siri, Amazon, so ******* google assistant. We have been trying to get 2 locations on 5 major Voice searches for over a year now still not Done
This company is a Fruad. Do not spend a dime with these people. I saw an AD on Instagram I responded & the next day had a salesman call me told me he would get my company on all the voice activated devices. He showed me charts & graphs showed how my company was barley showing on ****** ect.He showed me his company page and there ****** reviews which were all 5 stars. He charged my card approx. $700. He called back a few days later showed me more charts & stated I had already moved up on ****** ratings showing me the changes.... read more
Just wow. All I did was request information on how the voice search works. Next , my phone is blowing up back to back until I am able to answer it. Super pushy right off the bat. Almost demanding I take their "deal" which is $700, right away or my business is missing out and I'll suffer.
