This company is a Fruad. Do not spend a dime with these people. I saw an AD on Instagram I responded & the next day had a salesman call me told me he would get my company on all the voice activated devices. He showed me charts & graphs showed how my company was barley showing on ****** ect.He showed me his company page and there ****** reviews which were all 5 stars. He charged my card approx. $700. He called back a few days later showed me more charts & stated I had already moved up on ****** ratings showing me the changes.... read more

Just wow. All I did was request information on how the voice search works. Next , my phone is blowing up back to back until I am able to answer it. Super pushy right off the bat. Almost demanding I take their "deal" which is $700, right away or my business is missing out and I'll suffer. I told him I was just looking for info and i'm not doing anything till I do my own research on your company. To which I was offered a nice discount If I just signed up right now. I saw an ad on social media about the voice search. I submitted my information and waited for a return call. When the call came, I was given a quick demo of the product but was hesitant to purchase it. I was shown the website and rave reviews as well as Company reviews on *** ****. After several minutes, a "manager" was on the phone with me telling me I'd be the first one in my area with this capability. This company is a scam, promise me they will get my name and companys name out in 3 weeks. Which never happened. Mind you I am filing this after 3 months. After they charge me money nobody were to be around to talk to. Left so many messages and e mails. No response whatsoever.TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL Scam, I did try the service obsoletely a SCAM, double billed me, no response, no return calls, no return email, called the rep no answer, DO NOT DO THSI UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.They double billed me for 5 months NO RESPONCE, I finally canceled my credit card to stop getting charged. I will also file with BBB.

Scammers and fraudulent business practices. Apn contacted me after I Researched voice searches on alexa,siri, and ******* After reading other reviews. I see I fell into the trap as well. I worked in call centers Over the years and I see how they con people into using their services. I was told that by that Friday at 10 am to 11 am I'd get a call nothing. they tell you what you want to here and lie about what they will do and sell you what you think will help your business and promise information on search engines have had info to correct and has not showed me any proof of doing so. I can not understand how a company with 43 complaints is a Accredited business I am a accredited business and do not see why i should renew with you since you will give accreditation to business with that many complaints,

APN debited my account ($199.00) after a year with no email, text, letter no notification at all!! They without authorization from me debited my account. I no longer have their service. I called them three times every time they said we will call you back and no call! I emailed them at prosupport.com with no response again! This company is a scam DO NOT USE THEM!
