I purchased a vegetable tray for my LG side by side Refrigerator, upon receipt of this vegetable tray, it was broken. I contacted Encompass. I was told to return the item and received a tracking number to indicate that Encompass Supply Chain received damaged vegetable tray. Encompass Supply Chain Solution refused to replace may damage vegetable and or send my money back. I felt like this company took my hard earned money.

We have verified that the damaged part was returned to us, although our normal process is to have the carrier inspect the part for any in-transit damage prior to processing a return. (We have counseled our team to be sure they follow proper procedures in the future.) According to our records, the customer requested we cancel a re-order of the part; we respectfully disagree that anyone refused to replace the part for her. Inconsistent experiences with this company. The first experience was good after my one order shipped out multiple items in separate shipments and they charged me separate shipping costs for each of the items on the one order. That was resolved and kudos to that representative for her customer service. Most recent experience was poor to mediocre. Found out that the screw I ordered that they have listed for my TV stand model is incorrect. Reached out to the them and they denied a refund because of their 60 day return policy. ... read more

I ordered a replacement part for my air conditioner on 03/25/2016, the part had at ETA at the time of 04/10/2016. I later got can email stating that the ETA had changed to 05/15/2016, more than one month later than initially expected. I contacted them via their online customer service chat to find out what was going on and they refused to offer any details or reason for the delay other than telling me that the ETA is subject to change at any time. I ordered a part on 2/26/17 that the site said was in stock and would ship 2/27. I received an email my "order had been updated" on 3/3/16. Upon checking the order (assuming it had shipped), it said "pending." Customer service said the status had just been changed and they had "picked it" so it would ship that day. I received another email 3/8/16 that my order status had been updated. It was the same as before.
