This company is very unethical. They do not provide any mechanism to cancel an order before they fulfill it, allowing them to charge non-refundable shipping fees, and you then have to pay shipping just to return the item. I was not able to either set up an account on their web portal, or reach someone over the phone.BUYER BEWARE!

Since the item was in stock, our warehouse team picked the order at 6 a.m. on Oct. 10 to prepare for shipping. I ordered and paid 86 bucks for a part for.my fridge the part arrived cracked both ends I sent two emails with attachments zero reply, we called costumer service we were told someone will call back. NEVER HAPPENED! You can't steal people's money like this. Simply wrong!

I placed a $70 order for 8 screws for my ** $4k fridge. You sent screws that dont exist on my fridge. When I called your company, your rep was rude, told me I should work his job since I know so much. He laughed when I asked for his supervisor. Beware! $70!?I wouldnt order from this company, worst customer experience Ive ever had. This company is 100% a scam. I placed an order on 8/6/2022. Did not receive any notification of anything regrading order status or shipping details. Went to the website and saw the order was still "pending' on 8/11. I emailed asking about order status and received "Hello, it appears your order has been shipped and you should receive the tracking number by the end of the day today in your email." Our team investigated the issue and found that the customer's order was placed on the same day we were integrating systems with another entity. We think this may have caused the order to stall and not make it to the shipping lanes. This is why the order continued to show as "pending" when the customer checked status. This company not only sent me the wrong part but the part they sent appears to be used. If that weren't bad enough, the tiny part I ordered weighs less than 2 ounces and yet they charged $45 for "shipping and handling". I do not recommend ANYONE use this company for anything unless you can actually go to their store to get the part and make sure it's the right one. THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF. I should have checked the BBB about this company before placing my order. Never again.

****** refers to Encompass for all OEM parts, but when we received a ****** X1 Carbon 6th Gen battery, it was a cheap knock off that when we tested the cells already had cycles on them and the serial number on the battery vs in the firmware didn't match. We had ordered one previously and it only worked "reasonably" well for a few months, just enough to get past the warranty period, so when we ordered another we were far more thorough in reviewing before we were going to install. Encompass has learned from our ****** buyer that ****** discontinued the original battery in question. As a result, we sourced the part from a third-party vendor and have updated the part's web description to "Aftermarket," so customers understand this is not factory original. This was frustrating and has turned into a fiasco. I had no choice but to dispute the original credit charge with my MasterCard. Reviewing the history so you can see why Im frustrated:1.I paid $80.66 for a microwave subassembly (part minus coupon, tax, shipping). 2.Encompass sent the wrong part (a refrigerator light)3.I chatted online and emailed. BEWARE AND NEVER BUY ONLINE! I bought the parts for dishwasher that worth ~$50 dollar and they sent the package via ****** However ***** claimed they have delivered the package on 05/05 but I never received it. I notified encompass immediately. They replied that ***** said they have delivered and they are not responsible for it after they have delivered. They also quote their policy "Encompass is not responsible for packages once the carrier verifies delivery." , which I didn't see it anywhere on the website.How should I be ... read more

The customer is correct in that once an order is handed off to the carrier, it becomes the carrier's responsibility to ensure delivery. We submitted a lost package claim to the carrier on the customer's behalf, but it was denied due to clear proof of delivery.However, in good faith, we have issued the customer a full refund for the part and the initial shipping charges. We hope this satisfactorily resolves this matter for the customer.
