We purchased 8 Thinkpads for our business back in 2018, so we know the product pretty well and have ordered parts before. I ordered a replacement stand for my 77 in TV that cost over $100. When I received it there were no screws. When I called them they said I had to buy the screws separately at the price of $5.35 each! The agent who took my order never told me that there was a separate cost for the screws as if I could use it without it. They should be ashamed of himself for nickel-and-diming people for $5.35 per screw!? I won't be using them again

Terrible customer service. I called to find out about delivery date that kept changing and the rep told me I selected $5.95 shipping. My question was regarding the emails that I was getting with changing delivery dates and the rep kept rudely saying I selected $5.95 shipping.I would never buy from this organization ever. In reviewing the customer's issue, we found that his initial order was placed on Friday, Feb. 18 - after our same day shipping cut off time - so the part was not shipped until Monday, Feb. 21. The customer selected economy shipping, which is clearly marked as taking **** business days to arrive. I came here solely to say this company is a disgrace for charging $10 plus $6 shipping for some screws. I could not find out what size the screws are. I would much rather go to ********** for them, but no one could tell me what size, so here I am paying $16 for screws.

Encompass looked into the customer's concerns to regarding our pricing for similar screws in a set of eight and found that it does align with other suppliers and MSRP. We apologize if we did not assist properly, but the s**** sizes are included in the description on the parts detail page. I ordered an ** oven part. I was tracking the package. I was notified of delivery on 8/21/21 by ****** It was NOT delivered or left at my address. Encompass has reviewed the customer's concerns and, as a one-time courtesy, issued a credit for the part he did not receive. Unfortunately, the carrier denied the customer's lost package claim because it verified delivery. At that point, it becomes the customer's responsibility.We hope this is a satisfactory resolution.
I ordered three parts for my refrigerator and told delivery would be in 3-5 business days. After third or fourth business day I received email notice indicating there had been a change in status of order. One part was back ordered which resulted in NO parts being sent as promised. After over 30 minutes on the phone with very nice employees, two of my parts are now being sent but will take 3-4 business days for delivery. The third part is understandably on back order. To clarify, we reviewed our system reporting and confirmed we sent two emails (Dec. 8 & 12) notifying the customer of a change in delivery date of the non-stocked part.Also, orders with multiple parts are auto set to "ship complete" to help customers avoid having to pay additional shipping charges for any backordered parts. This setting can be changed at checkout.We apologize for any confusion experienced by the customer.
This company charges exorbitant prices for parts and shipping. Also, they refuse to cancel orders. I was charged almost $15 for one shaver cleaning brush. On Amazon, I found six of the same brushes for $5 free shipping. I attempted to cancel this original order with Encompass * minutes after I placed it and was told that it was too late to do so. I will never do business with this company again.

We cannot find when the customer tried to cancel the order, but the order was placed just before midnight on Sept. 2 and picked before 10:00 a.m. on Sept. 3. Recently, I reached out to this company with a part circled, asking them what the part number was. They sent me the wrong part number that, conversely, I ordered. Now I have requested a refund and they are refusing to refund the sales tax portion of the transaction. I'm pretty sure this is an illegal practice, and at the end of the day is unethical at the bare minimum. I would love to hear what the Georgia Attorney (where they are located) and the Kansas Attorney General (where I am located) would have to say about this.
