Very efficient great care quick serviceÂ
We were total newbies. They did a great job of helping us select bikes appropriate for our needs. Super cute shop dog too, he obviously runs the place. They also helped us install the amazing bike rack on our Jeep.Â
Awesome place, awesome service. Team was very knowledgeable & took care of our issues quickly. Definitely would go back again!Â

I went out of my way to give archers a chance today, unfortunately the archers employeeâs at this current time wasnât having nothing to do with my circumstance; 2 faulty inner tubes sold to me in a row; even if you could dismiss the first one, the second one was verified by landis bike shop. I know I gave one star, but the truth is, thatâs more than archerâs of Tempe deserves đđŒÂ
I brought in a scooter to have a rear tire with a flat fixed and it lasted under weeks . But cost me almost $100. I even had a sealant added. Was told things happened and not offered anything for discount for repeat customers. Shame!Â
This place just never gets you right but like to steel your money donât fix your problems but will charge you a arm and leg to just check for whatâs wrong with it and start telling you a bunch of lies and donât fixed the problem that you main came in for every time I come here to get something done I go out that door pissed and disappointed but now I learned never go back there ever againÂ

Used text to inquire about services and pricing. Specifically asked for cost and lead time for replacing an innertube. Was quoted $60 for labor. Got to the store and was told that innertubes arenât sold- which would have been nice to know beforehand; small detail could have easily been added to the text response. Was upsold to a tubeless tire, then mischarged, which required another swipe of my card. Overall Iâm not dissatisfied with the result, but goddamn the entire process was annoying.
