Used text to inquire about services and pricing. Specifically asked for cost and lead time for replacing an innertube. Was quoted $60 for labor. Got to the store and was told that innertubes aren’t sold- which would have been nice to know beforehand; small detail could have easily been added to the text response. Was upsold to a tubeless tire, then mischarged, which required another swipe of my card. Overall I’m not dissatisfied with the result, but goddamn the entire process was annoying.
