I recently experienced some minor issues with my Motor Goat V3 bike's brakes, so I decided to take it to Archer's Bike Shop in Tempe for servicing. I was pleased with the service as I usually finish work at 6 pm, which is also the same time the shop closes. However, the store manager Jess was kind enough to let me pick up my bike even when it was already 20 minutes past closing time. Came in to get my cassette index removed cuz I couldn't get it off myself it just wouldn't come off the mechanic tried to get it off also and he had trouble so the other guy sold me a cassette just like the one I was trying to get off for a discounted price and installed it for just a little bit more than the removal of my cassette would have been that was awesome always had a good experience going to archers
