Your concerns are noted. We apologize for the customer service you experienced. Unfortunately, once a tube has been installed, we cannot refund or exchange it. We do not reuse or resell tubes once they have been opened.
Have been here a few times and the staff have always been knowledgeable and friendly. I recently needed to go in for a tube replacement and they were able to get got my bike fixed up by the next business day. Good communication, I will definitely be going to them for any future needs.

turnaround time was originally a week, got my bike back within 2 days. great customer service and education, they even helped me load the bike back into the car. thanks again guys.

Work was done in a timely manner At great price and friendly service. I thought my bike may have needed brake pads, but it didn’t and instead of putting them in charging me for the part they reimburse me and just educated me on how to make the proper adjustment.
