My overall experience at Archer's Bikes was very pleasant. The salesperson Jess was easy to work with, and explained how the Aventon Ramblas worked. Since I was from out of town, they put a rush on adding the extras that I ordered for the bike. The Ramblas I bought is a emtb. I was really impressed with the torque this bike had. It was very easy and quick to get the bike up to the 20mph. rating it has. Thank you Jess for all your help. Paul Gurley

Easy to rent. Bike was in Good shape. They fixed the brakes before we left the store and everything worked great.

Love this bike shop. They take time to get to know my needs and when I am in a hurry they accommodate that as well. I like to customize my bikes to suit my riding style and they are great at figuring out how to make the changes I need.

The folks that work at Archer are kind and knowledgeable. The latter is to be expected. The former was appreciated. I was not looked down upon for not knowing too much about bikes. Unlike Landis where the "bro" culture was not inviting at all. They actually did what they said they would do at Archer, rather than misrepresenting their work. Highly recommended if you want to feel respected at a business establishment.
