I made a large purchase and I kept asking and sending emails about my points that I was supposed to get . Horrible, horrible experience. Today I finally got someone on the line and just to have them tell me that due to not choosing the 6-month option of financing with their card , I was not qualified to get the points. Due to the restricted # of characters this will be short. Delivery was to be 3 months, when the day came 6 more weeks was added. On arrival, hardware is missing, and the sales rep does not return calls

I purchased the Lucca Buffet Table after hearing a compelling sales pitch from the associate at the store. What I didn't know was that the table was 2 distinct pieces and the table top was not anchored, bolted, or screwed in. It is a loose piece that if bumped into, can move. Biggest regret ……. I made a purchase for furniture in what I thought to be a reputable establishment in May. I was told by the associate that the furniture was in stock and I would receive it the following week. Here we are three months later and I still do not have my furniture. I have to call the associate every week to get an update. We made the mistake of spending nearly 17k on furniture for our new home from Arhaus in Brookfield. You'd expect a company that is charging exorbitant prices for furniture to be able to provide an exceptional customer experience. They don't invest in their processes, and it's clear they don't outsource logistics and warranty services to the right companies (probably the cheapest).
