Also VERY disappointed with service! I understand the supply chain situation but it’s a plain out lie to sell items and say 12 weeks… I’m still waiting 6 months later. No table and no updates. They keep saying next month. And they are still selling the table and telling people 12 weeks. Don’t believe it.
In September, we ordered a dining room table, bench, and set of chairs for our new house. Our "promise date" was Oct 29, which gave us plenty of time before Thanksgiving. A little over a week ago I reached out, as the delivery was clearly delayed, but I was NEVER notified. I was told that just the table was delayed until December. After a few phone calls, the issue was presumably resolved, and I was told it would be leaving Ohio for delivery, and we would be able to schedule a delivery to our home this week. Terrible customer service experience!!!Purchased our bedroom and family room furniture a few years ago while we were building and had to wait almost a year for the items and this was a few years before Covid so no excuses regarding delays during that time. Ordered furniture back in March and have been paying every month since the transaction. Half the furniture delivered end of October. Marble top arrived broken. Got a new one a week later. Now that the sofa is ready to ship they charged me a second delivery fee. Unhappy with the store I have spent so much money at. I will call in the morning to find out why my balance jumped more than what I was supposed to pay. I do not recommend this store. Arhaus is a rip-off. $200.00 for delivery for only 3 dining chairs. $200.00 to return after 6 hours from delivery.
After purchasing well over $12K of furniture, very disappointing customer experience resulting in no furniture protection plan that customer initially requested. This long time Arhaus customer will never shop there again nor recommend Arhaus to family, friends and associates. Frustrating and disappointing!
Do not waste your money with this company. Terrible customer service. We spent close to $7K. After waiting 6 months for the chair it arrived dirty, a pulled seam and bad craftsmanship. When my wife pointed this out to the delivery driver he said to take a brush to it. We thought that was rude but now realize he knew what he was saying because they wouldn’t correct the issue anyway. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered my bed. It was promised for early June and delayed now, a month and a half, been sleeping on the floor and counting the days. Finally scheduled for today, stayed home to receive, and during delivery window received call from shipper saying there guy had called in and they’d try to get it done later this week. No communication from Arhaus during this entire fiasco, any info I received I had to contact them. No customer service.
As others have stated, the wait for orders is insane. We canceled our order, but now dealing with non-existent customer service. Read reviews thoroughly and avoid this place.
