Now I can see why this store has horrible reviews and why this company is closing down its locations. The district manager Chris Perez is a joke. He’s rude, unhelpful, and not understanding at all. Not sure how he’s considered “the highest” of the company. That’s why there’s all these complaints and unsatisfied customers in the reviews. Nice store, great looking products but that's as far as it goes. Good luck getting your items delivered or without issues (2 missing items and 2 deliveries did not even show up with no call). And good luck trying to resolve those issues.
Wow - I ordered a year ago. Most of my furniture has come. However two last pieces are lingering. They have given me a March delivery, but if I ordered new online it would only be 16 weeks. I have had to follow up on every bit of the deliveries. The first delivery was months late from expected date communicated. They don’t communicate changes at all. they call interrupting activities, rudely refuse to identify themselves and hang up on called party while speaking. seems arhaus is less professional than automobile extended warranty callers.
They have terrible customer service. We bought some items back in August, they promised to deliver in 10 weeks (early November). They didn't even notify me the items would have a delay. They don't provide any type of compensation for the delay, and they left you confusing messages in my voicemail indicating the order is ready for delivery, but when I called, they said another company is in charge of the delivery and to wait for the other company to call me. A loss of time!
My wife and I purchased several pieces of outdoor furniture last Spring. We were told up front that the delivery would be several weeks (September/October) but we were comfortable with this and happy they were honest with us. As September rolled around, we had heard nothing and called to inquire as to the delivery date of our furniture. Also VERY disappointed with service! I understand the supply chain situation but it’s a plain out lie to sell items and say 12 weeks… I’m still waiting 6 months later. No table and no updates. They keep saying next month. And they are still selling the table and telling people 12 weeks. Don’t believe it.
In September, we ordered a dining room table, bench, and set of chairs for our new house. Our "promise date" was Oct 29, which gave us plenty of time before Thanksgiving. A little over a week ago I reached out, as the delivery was clearly delayed, but I was NEVER notified. I was told that just the table was delayed until December. After a few phone calls, the issue was presumably resolved, and I was told it would be leaving Ohio for delivery, and we would be able to schedule a delivery to our home this week. Terrible customer service experience!!!Purchased our bedroom and family room furniture a few years ago while we were building and had to wait almost a year for the items and this was a few years before Covid so no excuses regarding delays during that time.
