BUYER BEWARE. This is not the quality furniture you would expect from an Arhaus furniture store. At least not for me... I believe with all the effects of covid, my furniture is not the quality it should be. My furniture (a sectional and a recliner) was ordered January '21. The sectional was delivered the end of August of '21. Still waiting on the recliner. I have been very patient. Having been in the higher end wood finishing industry for years, I can say that the level of attention to detail in the table is not very good. This is the 3rd one we were given since the 1st 2 were flawed. The table looks very nice other than the fact that one of the boards is significantly lighter than the ones on either side of it. The previous table we rejected had the same issue that we complained about and had a significant chip in the top. Awful experience dealing with Arhaus. Poor customer service unless you’re willing to skip to regional management with complaints. Read the reviews of Arhaus generally and you will see the same problems we had, and the reviews go back years: complete inability to track the movement of their furniture, delay after delay, store managers who don’t do anything (“It’s out of my control” is what we were told!). It's no secret that there are production delays and I am a very reasonable person. We purchased our couch December 2021 with the expected delivery date of Mid Jan 2022 as we purchased a STOCK item because any changes from stock would be deemed a special order and would be a June 2022 delivery. Mid January comes and then that turned to Mid March delivery. As of this writing, Mid March has turned to Mid April. This is literally the WORST furniture company I have EVER come into contact with. Please spare yourself and DO NOT BUY from them. They say anything they have to to get money from you and CANNOT deliver on a single promise. You’re FAR better off going to RH, Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel. I actually understand the delays and issues caused in the supply chain but they lie through their teeth to get you to give them money. I have nothing good to say about this store or the person we were working with, Chris. We ordered a bunch of furniture including a coffee table, side tables, office desk, dining room table chairs last August. We paid in cash close to 15,000. Our furniture just got delivered today & there is a huge nic/ scratch/ damage done to our coffee table. I recently spent over 20K at Arhaus and applied their worry-free warranty to as many products as possible. After owning our sofa for less than a year, we decided to have it cleaned (light color). Before cleaning, we asked our salesperson at the local store, and we called the Arhaus Concierge desk (call was recorded) to inquire about the proper cleaning process.
