This is literally the WORST furniture company I have EVER come into contact with. Please spare yourself and DO NOT BUY from them. They say anything they have to to get money from you and CANNOT deliver on a single promise. You’re FAR better off going to RH, Pottery Barn or Crate and Barrel. I actually understand the delays and issues caused in the supply chain but they lie through their teeth to get you to give them money. I have nothing good to say about this store or the person we were working with, Chris. We ordered a bunch of furniture including a coffee table, side tables, office desk, dining room table chairs last August. We paid in cash close to 15,000. Our furniture just got delivered today & there is a huge nic/ scratch/ damage done to our coffee table. I recently spent over 20K at Arhaus and applied their worry-free warranty to as many products as possible. After owning our sofa for less than a year, we decided to have it cleaned (light color). Before cleaning, we asked our salesperson at the local store, and we called the Arhaus Concierge desk (call was recorded) to inquire about the proper cleaning process. Nice store, great looking products but that's as far as it goes. Good luck getting your items delivered or without issues (2 missing items and 2 deliveries did not even show up with no call). And good luck trying to resolve those issues.
Wow - I ordered a year ago. Most of my furniture has come. However two last pieces are lingering. They have given me a March delivery, but if I ordered new online it would only be 16 weeks. I have had to follow up on every bit of the deliveries. The first delivery was months late from expected date communicated. They don’t communicate changes at all. they call interrupting activities, rudely refuse to identify themselves and hang up on called party while speaking. seems arhaus is less professional than automobile extended warranty callers.
They have terrible customer service. We bought some items back in August, they promised to deliver in 10 weeks (early November). They didn't even notify me the items would have a delay. They don't provide any type of compensation for the delay, and they left you confusing messages in my voicemail indicating the order is ready for delivery, but when I called, they said another company is in charge of the delivery and to wait for the other company to call me. A loss of time!
My wife and I purchased several pieces of outdoor furniture last Spring. We were told up front that the delivery would be several weeks (September/October) but we were comfortable with this and happy they were honest with us. As September rolled around, we had heard nothing and called to inquire as to the delivery date of our furniture.
