I purchased the Lucca Buffet Table after hearing a compelling sales pitch from the associate at the store. What I didn't know was that the table was 2 distinct pieces and the table top was not anchored, bolted, or screwed in. It is a loose piece that if bumped into, can move. Biggest regret ……. I made a purchase for furniture in what I thought to be a reputable establishment in May. I was told by the associate that the furniture was in stock and I would receive it the following week. Here we are three months later and I still do not have my furniture. I have to call the associate every week to get an update. I have tried to get a replacement , something to substitute And was told they would give me a 10% discount as if that would solve the problem. We made the mistake of spending nearly 17k on furniture for our new home from Arhaus in Brookfield. You'd expect a company that is charging exorbitant prices for furniture to be able to provide an exceptional customer experience. They don't invest in their processes, and it's clear they don't outsource logistics and warranty services to the right companies (probably the cheapest). Ordered sectional in November of 2021… waited for months and months and months and months for it to arrive. I would continue to proactively follow up (nothing from Arhaus as far as updates) and was constantly told another few weeks, a new estimated date etc. I finally received the sectional this weekend and it isn’t correct. absolutely no post sale service. store manager totally ignores delivery nightmare experiences. I ordered dining table and 8 chairs May 22 and still don't have the full set after 3 deliveries. the Ryder "white glove" delivery service is a total joke. you are left totally on your own to work the maze of Ryder's incompetent service. do NOT believe your sales person when they tell you your purchase will be delivered within 2 weeks! this is for the sell. then you are told of sequential delays without any reliable information at... read more
I’ll just put it this way. They have among the worst customer service I have ever dealt with from a furniture store. My wife and I bought a sectional from them in 2021 pre-Black Friday. We are still waiting on it. We were guaranteed that our latest delivery date would be late May. Obviously it is now past that. DO NOT BUY, RISKY. Ordered an expensive coffee table after seeing in store and online. Coffee table arrived after extended wait with large black streaks all over it. Arhaus customer service says this purposeful and is due to variation from their products being handmade. May be true but it still looks VERY different from in store model and online pictures and is UGLY. Looks like a child took a sharpie marker to the table.
