Arleen led us through one of the most difficult first time buyer experiences. And again to refinance at a later date. She continually worked on our behalf to alleviate stress where she could. She was also always available, with explanations in terms we could understand. Even in an unfortunate position, Arleen did the best she could for us and never seemed discouraged or less passionate.
