Arleen worked with us to refinance our home due to a divorce. She was very professional and explained all the options available to us. She guided us step by step and made sure we were submitting everything we needed for the loan. Our family was going through a difficult time, but Arleen was there through the whole process and was extremely caring during this process. I would definitely use Arleen again and will recommend her to all our friends and family.

Arleen was accommodating and informative. Our unconventional home-buying process took lots of patience and time. Arleen checked in regularly and ensured we were on track to close whenever the opportunity presented itself. We finally found a house, and she was able to get us funded and closed within 21 days, even with the Christmas holidays. Arleen is extremely professional, highly motivated, and supremely responsive. She not only knows the intimate details of the California real estate market, Arleen is results oriented. There was not a single time in the process of our rather complicated mortgage that she was not directly involved and answering questions—day-in and day-out. I was originally pre approved for a conventional loan, but due to an accident I was put off work for six weeks which forced me to dip into my savings. After hearing about my accident Arleen still wanted to make sure I was able to buy a home. She went back and was able to find me a down payment and closing costs assistance program.
