Arleen is extremely professional, highly motivated, and supremely responsive. She not only knows the intimate details of the California real estate market, Arleen is results oriented. I was originally pre approved for a conventional loan, but due to an accident I was put off work for six weeks which forced me to dip into my savings. After hearing about my accident Arleen still wanted to make sure I was able to buy a home. She went back and was able to find me a down payment and closing costs assistance program.
