I cannot say enough wonderful things about Arlington's Gardens Care Center. The level of care my grandma received here was truly outstanding. She came in after a fall, hip surgery, and a serious MRSA infection, and the staff went above and beyond in every area of her recovery. They cared for her incontinence with dignity, closely managed her diabetes, and provided her with the exact medications she needed to clear up her MRSA. The physical therapy team was incredible. All I can say is that I've been very critical with the care my wife is getting after a brain tumor that was removed in early April. To everyone that had a hand with helping my wife with rehabilitation we are completely amazed how far she has come ! Amazing staff and employees from the front office to the nursing and PT staff that has had a hand in her recovery. Finding Ms. Magana by chance at our hospital was the best thing that could have happened for my mom. Mom got sick, had stopped eating completely, and was barely able to get out of bed. The hospital was going to discharge her with in-home nurse visits only and no therapy. Fortunately, I ran into Ms. Magana (Liz) in the lobby and we ended up talking about my mom's situation. My grandmother recently stayed at Arlington Gardens Care Center while recovering from a stroke and I can't say enough about the outstanding care she received. The staff treated her with compassion and respect, they made her feel not just like a patient but like family. The physical and speech therapist were patient and encouraging, we were amazed at the progress my grandmother made under their guidance. I've always had great service at the center. But between my last visit in February to now in May 2024 it has declined. They had a change over in ownership and it shows. Not enough staff for each wing to help patients with. I'm doing better but am having to wait up to an hour to receive help. Not saying they don't care but I'm independent so I don't need as much help as the ones who do but that is because of staff shortage. Food and physical and occupational therapy are great. Both of my parents stayed at this facility for a few weeks around the same time. My Mom had a Mastectomy Surgery and my Dad had a Stroke and they were both weak and a fall risk on recovery. I just wanted to mention how pleased I was with everyone working there. So many people to name that I want to acknowledge from Administration, Social Services, Business Office, Activities, The Doctors, Physical Therapists, the clean up crew and ALL the wonderful Nurses. Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy you rock! Your knowledge of your fields and your compassion is top notch!! Dietary with your new hire became quite a food delight! Thank you Case Management for your quick responses of my needs. CNA's and Med nurses you are the most compassionate and caring bunch of people. Wish I could name my favorites. Too many to name but...you know who you are. My biggest complaints are against Owners and Heads

One of the best recovery and care centers in Riverside. I was referred to them by a friend who did have a good experience as well. Their management and staff members are attentive, professional, and kind. Definitely recommend.
