Do not take a loved one to Arlington Gardens. This place is a nightmare. My Dad was there for a couple months in early 2022. While there they let him fall out of a wheelchair, lost his upper dentures and he developed bed sores. There were some nice employees there, but overall I found them to be rude and dismissive, especially the management. His room was consistently dirty. I had to ask them to clean him and his room. Update: because of her fall at this facility, my mom's dialysis port failed because it was full of blood clots and after it was replaced she had to go into hospice and died. This place did not take care of her the way they should.

My mom was "contracted" to this facility by Kaiser. Upon admittance I was informed by nursing staff and Victoria in admissions that her bed would be held for 7 days. My Mom was on thickening fluids and the night staff never read her charts and gave her 4 glasses of regular fluids which could have given her pneumonia. Unfortunately she had to go back to the hospital for only 3 days, I was notified that they gave her bed away and had no other beds available but if I wanted to "hold" her bed it would be $375 A DAY!! Do not send anyone you care about here. This place is a nightmare. My father was there in Jan 2022 for less than a week and it was terrible. He was left in a puddle of his own pee freezing for three hours while he pushed the button and yelled for help. I came to visit and he was laying in a poop diaper and nobody had come for over an hour. They gave him aspirin for pain, that is the level of their care and that is as far as it had extended. This place does not care about their workers. If you complain about anything they will treat you differently. They will over work you and always short staff. Some CNA don't change resident and the CNA on NOC shift are asleep half the time. I truly believe this place has gotten worse and it due to management. They need better staff members who care for their workers.

This place is horrible the front dest is very rude Vectoria is rude ass hell they never answer the phone at all the administrator is rude his name is Carson I will be calling the state on him my mom called me n told me she was thirsty and wen I call no answer till 10am this is sad but it will be handled please dt send ur family here it's bout a good place at all

My father is there right now. I asked 4 days ago for him to be shaved. He faced time me tonight and said he was dying in there. He said that to me with an unshaven face. This is a Kaiser Permanente low-cost contracted care center without the care. One expects from Kaiser to contract proper care for their insurer to recover when they enter such a care center. My 88 year old Mom was here for several weeks and it was truly a nightmare. She was there to regain her strength , but she was being fed peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, which I don't consider to be nutritious. They were so late administering her meds on several occasions that her BP went seriously high. She called me in a panic and I had to contact the administrator to get her the meds she needed. This place is the absolute worst care I have ever seen my mom was there for rehab for 3 months and no rehab was even done then came down with an infection after several demands for her to be admitted to the hospital the director of nursing Daryl laughed at me and said they take everything seriously, 6 days later I received a call that my mom was found unresponsive and couldn't be saved, when I went to this place to say my goodbyes to my beautiful mother it was obvious my mom had passed early in the day and had never been che... read more
