I was referred to Arlington Gardens but I was hesitant because of the reviews but let me tell you! This place has Excellent Service!!! Needed full time assistance/recovery for a few weeks due to back surgery and all the staff in there showed professionalism and care not only with me but with visitors especially during this time of COVID they make sure no one comes in without a mask!

I recommended this facility and staff to anyone looking for a place for rehabilitation. My aunt was admitted to this facility for physical therapy after her hospital stay at RUHS. I have nothing but good things to say, the nurses are very competent, and compassionate . The therapy team was outstanding, including PT/OT and speech-their dedication to my aunts progress was key to her recovery. As an employee of Arlington gardens I was fortunate to have my grandma as a patient. Not only if this place an amazing place to work, but what a blessing to have my grandma get rehab here! The care staff made such a great connection with my grandma, she still talks about all of them. The rehab team makes miracles happen! They are so great at what they do. My mom received the most compassionate care while she received services at Arlington Gardens. During her stay she had a private room in which we are extremely grateful for because our family visited frequently. The therapy team is the best without a doubt! She even enjoyed the food and she is a very picky eater. The facility itself is very clean and bright. I would like to thank the staff at Arlington Gardens for amazing care you provided and getting our mother back home!

I am Very appreciative and grateful for the excellent care my mother and father have received at Arlington Gardens. From the admissions process being very professional and efficient, to dietary trying to accommodate their likes and dislikes. The CNAs have been kind and patient. I had my father in June-July 2021 we had a good experience. The staff that I encountered were friendly and showed compassion very professional. The place is clean!! The vibe is good. However I had to ask for several things during his stay. I know the CNAs there are busy helping other patients but it would take time for them to get to his room. My dad had a good experience there did not give a 5 star because When leaving there was an incident and I addressed and they were going to address it. Overall it was good.

So I stopped by to visit with someone close to me. All in all im happy with the facility. Its bright, clean, and it appeared to me most of the workers displayed a good attitude. Only concerns that have been brought to my attention are lack of pain management and the drs do not check in as much as they should. Patient care needs to be key!!!!

This place is BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, COMPASSIONATE, & PROFESSIONALLY RUN! My 86 year old mom has been here for one month for rehab for a severe stroke. She was given a private suite, which has beautiful furniture: armoire, wood floors, granite walk-in bathroom with huge shower. Our family has been here daily: morning, noon & evening.
